This service prepares and e-files required documents to start a Divorce, Separation, or Minor Modification Action.  We ask your fill participation in getting us the relevant data (names, dates, etc.).  In person service and court filing fees are not included.  Preparation, management and filing of signed proofs of service is included.  You will be provided with a service package to hand off to your chosen process server that includes conformed copies of all pleadings, the court's temporary restraints and a case schedule.  This package comes with up to three flat-fee online consultation bookings.  Payment terms may be available.
