• Have real estate, a pension or a company worth more than $250K that's at stake.

• Hate public speaking or don't feel you can write clearly enough but can't afford to have us do the writing.

• Have a Major Modification or a Contested Relocation.  Sorry we're not authorized.  We may bring on an ATTNY though.

• Have a case outside our 'hood jurisdictions (KING, PIERCE, SNOHO, SPOKANE).

• Have less than 2 weeks to go before a noted or confirmed trial.

• Don't share our love tuba players and opera singers.
