Alicia DeGon LLLT was trained in mediation 25 years ago and still participated in 2022 in Transformative Mediation Training with Dan Simon.  Alicia also familiaar with High Conflict Resolution training.  This service prepares requested documents for the mediator and appears with you at mediation for up to an entire day.  Drafting of proposed agreed orders is included, however drafting CR2A agreements requires attorney oversight at an additional cost.  Court presentation of Agreed Orders is sold separately but depending on County, may be available via the clerk (online).  This service requires at least 72 hours once we confirm that we  have received all materials required and requires that the date, time and place of the mediation be agreed in advance.
